What is the VIP Membership Program?
The VIP Membership Program rewards you for investing in your self-care. You make monthly deposits into your Bliss Savings and get up to 15% off on every service or product purchase.

What are my Bliss Savings and what happens to the money I deposit?
When you become a VIP Member, your monthly deposits accumulate in your Bliss Savings to be used towards future services or products purchased at Blissfully Serene. The funds will continue to accumulate but will expire after one year. If you choose to cancel your membership, you will be credited the remaining balance to a gift card.

How do I earn loyalty points?
Every customer earns loyalty points. You’ll receive 1 point for every dollar spent on Blissfully Serene products and services. Want even more? Sign up for our VIP Membership Rewards to unlock extra savings and bonus points! As a VIP member, your monthly payment acts as a prepaid deposit toward future services and earns you points upfront. Plus, you’ll rack up even more points on any additional purchases beyond your deposit!

When do my points expire?
Points expire 1 year after accruing. You will get a monthly email letting you know about your point balance and any upcoming expirations.

How do referrals work?
Give $20, Get $20! Refer a friend to Blissfully Serene, and you’ll both be rewarded! Your friend gets $2 off their first service, and you earn 20 points ($20 value) after they complete their appointment. You must be a VIP Rewards member to participate—call now to enroll!

Can I switch plans?
Yes! During the first 3 months you may change to a higher priced plan, but may not change to a lower priced plan until after the initial 3 months. If you have surpassed 3 months and would like to change plans, please reach out to our reservations team to assist you.

How long am I committed to being a VIP Member?
You may cancel your VIP Membership at any time after three months (three payments.) If you cancel and have remaining funds in your Bliss Savings, they will remain on your account for use after cancellation.

When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will only be charged if you are a VIP Member. We will charge the day you sign up and if you have a preferred day to run the charge to your account, we can set it to any recurring day of the month.

What is a monthly guest pass?
The monthly guest pass is a VIP Member perk and allows you to share your membership discount with a friend as long as you are present. The guest, however, may not use the membership funds in your Bliss Savings.

What is the Family Plan?
If you are a Tier 3 VIP Member, you can add up to 2 additional “add-on” members to your account. Those add-on members will be able to utilize your membership discount and your membership funds on their Blissfully Serene purchases (without you having to be there).

If I am on the Family Plan, what perks do I get?
You will have access to the membership discount, Bliss Savings, guest pass, and early access to sales. Only the primary account holder of the family plan will receive the Birthday Discount and Monthly Gift.

Can I use my VIP Membership discount with my points?
Yes! Points can be redeemed to discount your purchase in addition to using your VIP Membership discount.

Can I stack my discounts?
Your VIP Membership discount cannot be combined with any other discount, with the exception of your birthday gift. If there is a promotion that has a higher discount, you can decide which discount to use.

How do I cancel my VIP Membership?
VIP Members have an initial, minimum term of 3 months. If you do not cancel your membership, your membership will continue to automatically renew each month for one month of membership at a time. If you choose to cancel your membership after 3 months, you may contact our sales team to assist you. Any unused funds in your Bliss Savings will remain on your account for use after cancellation.
