APPOINTMENTS & SCHEDULING

You have the flexibility to book your appointment in person, over the phone, or online – details can be found in our Contact tab. To secure your preferred services, dates, and times, we request credit card information when booking. This information will only be charged if Rescheduling, Cancellation & 'No Show' Policies are not adhered to. We recommend scheduling appointments at least two weeks in advance for individual bookings and three to four weeks ahead for spa packages. For guests under 18, a parent or legal guardian must be present, and our Consent For Treatment Form should be signed during the intake process. Refer to our Rescheduling, Cancellation & 'No Show' Policies for additional details.

What to Expect at Your Arrival

At Blissfully Serene, we are committed to providing exceptional treatments and continuously explore new and improved techniques. Our team of trained therapists and technicians actively works to expand our range of services. Upon arrival, you'll be escorted to our locker rooms to put on a comfortable robe. Arriving early grants you access to complimentary amenities such as the sauna, spa water, hot tea, wine, or mimosa. Enjoy the added comfort of warm neck wraps, facilitating your transition into complete relaxation.

FAQ

What do I bring?

For the treatments, you are to undress to your comfort level. During all treatments the only area of the body that is not completely draped is the area that is being worked on. We provide you with a robe and slippers in the event that you have multiple services that require you to undress. Complimentary spa water is provided. We recommend you come in clothing that you feel most comfortable in.

What do I leave at home?

Outside Alcohol is not permitted in Blissfully Serene Spa. We do offer a complimentary wine or mimosa, but we do not allow you to bring your own. It is not recommended to bring any item or items that you consider valuable as Blissfully Serene Spa will not be held liable for any stolen, missing or damaged item(s).

Do I need to leave a tip?

Blissfully Serene Spa does not charge a service fee. At your discretion you may leave a gratuity for your therapists. Gratuities are not expected but very much appreciated.

What time do I arrive?

Please arrive 20 minutes prior to your appointment in order to allow ample time to check in and fill out an intake form if needed. If you are wanting to use the complimentary sauna prior to your appointment, please arrive 45 minutes early.

How do I prepare for my wax appointment?

We recommend that for a Brazilian, bikini, arm, leg or underarm wax session, the hair be at least 1/4 inch long, to allow the wax to grip around the hair. If it is your first time waxing we recommend you refrain from shaving for at least two weeks before your scheduled appointment. If at anytime you feel discomfort please inform the esthetician.

How should I prepare for my facial appointment?

Before scheduling a facial, please be aware of what skin care products you are using. If you have a concern with your skin inform our Esthetician so that they are able to set up a skin care plan with you.

Be conscious about upcoming important events, such as weddings etc. If you are wanting to book a facial or any type of treatment that we offer, it is recommended that you book 2-4 weeks prior to any big and/or important event.

How is a late arrival handled?

Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. Please be aware that arriving late to your appointment may require us to shorten the length of your treatment so that other guests are not inconvenienced. Additionally, you may be charged an inconvenience fee.

Do you require a deposit?

Frequent rescheduling, last minute cancellations, and “no shows” are impermissible and negatively affect our small business. When necessary, Blissfully Serene will be enforcing a non-refundable deposit during the booking process.

If you reschedule an appointment two consecutive times, you will be asked to pay a 50% non-refundable deposit upon booking another appointment.

If an appointment with a deposit paid for in advance has been rescheduled or cancelled two consecutive times no refund will be issued.

If you are unable to keep your appointment please give us the courtesy of advance notice so we might be able to service other clients.

What if I forget about my appointment?

Forgetting or consciously forgoing your appointment will result in an automatic 100% charge of the treatment price.

Tiered Pricing

Prices vary by spa provider and are subject to change without notice. Service providers work under tier pricing bracket, meaning, expertise, work experience, amount of time at the spa, as well as, goals within the spa, contribute to price differences within each service provider for his/her services.
